I recently started taking shilajit after hearing about its amazing benefits for energy, stamina, and overall health. But it’s been about a week now, and I’m not sure if I’m noticing any real changes yet. I’m wondering—how much time does shilajit take to work? I’m taking a pea-sized amount of shilajit every morning mixed with warm water, as suggested by the instructions. But I’m curious if the effects are gradual or if it’s supposed to start working immediately. Are the benefits of shilajit cumulative, or should I expect to see results within a certain number of days?
