First and foremost, need go coorevt digestive fire to a normal state. Consume easily dihesting food and inclide high fibre diet, prevent constipation if present. There are also med for improving agni.

Is there any pus discharge present along with blood?? Or any tear or burning sensation…? U could go for immersing power part in luke warm water.

Its good to consume medicine after examination. After that based on condition go for combined internal and external treatment

Sounds like you’re dealing with piles, or as we call them in Ayurveda, Arsha. It’s good you’re reaching out, because bleeding and pain are really signs we’ve got to address. Now, in your case, since it’s been going on for years, it could be serious. So first off, gotta say this — an ayurvedic approach is great but, do connect with a healthcare provider immediately for a thorough examination, coz we need to be sure it’s not something more serious.

Now, back to Ayurveda. This sounds like a Kapha and Pitta imbalance. In simple terms, digestion plays a huge role, so we wanna strengthen your Agni, reduce Ama (toxins) and balance the doshas. Start with Triphala, it’s a fantastic remedy. You can take it as a supplement, try 1 teaspoon at night with warm water. It helps cleanses the system and soften stools, makes them easier to pass.

Diet plays such a big part too. Go for a diet that’s high in fibers, like fruits, whole grains, and veggies. Avoid spicy, oily and processed foods, they aggravate Pitta. And take it easy on dairy but have some buttermilk, it’s digestive-friendly.

Hydrate like your life depends on it, 'cause it kinda does. Water helps keep everything flowing smoothly, plus it cools the Pitta heat. Aim for warm water throughout the day, it’s way better than cold.

For some immediate relief, try sitz baths. Just sit in warm water for about 15-20 minutes daily. Calming and soothing.

Don’t forget the lifestyle part too. Keep moving, gentle walks are great but avoid strain. Stress can impact digestion, so mindful breathing and meditation could help in creating peace of mind and body.

Of course, if things get worse, see a doc pronto. Bleeding that persists could need more direct intervention. Stay safe.
