Oh boy, it sounds like you’re dealing with quite a few things at once! But don’t worry, there’s always hope with Ayurveda’s holistic approach. You’re handling PCOD, low AMH, hypothyroidism, and fibroids, which can definitely affect fertility, but let’s look at it step-by-step.

First, let’s talk doshas. PCOD is often linked with a vitiation of Kapha dosha. The weight gain and sluggish metabolism associated with Kapha might also tie into your hypothyroidism. It’s crucial to work on balancing this dosha through diet and lifestyle.

Start by incorporating more Pungent, Bitter, and Astringent tastes in your meals. Think of foods like leafy greens, bitter gourd, and legumes. Reduce sweet, sour, and salty foods - they can aggravate Kapha.

Regular exercise can help manage your weight, which is important not only for your general well-being but also for balancing hormones. Try brisk walking or gentle yoga at least 5 times a week. Remembe to stay hydrated, sipping warm water helps clear ama (toxins).

Since you have hypothyroidism, consider doing a morning massage with warm sesame oil followed by a shower. It’s warming, grounding and can improve metabolism.

Herbs can be a game-changer. Ashwagandha is great for those low in estrogen and overall stress - boosting your odds of conception. Drink it as warm milk with a pinch of saffron each night. Shatavari can support reproductive system health, consider taking it in powdered form with warm water.

As you are dealing with fibroids, managing Pitta is imperative. Stay away from too much heat in your diet - avoid spicy foods, and fried items.

Be patient with yourself! It may take time for these changes to reflect. Finally, work close with an Ayurvedic practitioner & your doctor to create the best personalized plan for you. Be sure to address immediate medical care needs for any sudden or severe symptoms popping up.
