Stri rasayana, kanchanar gugulu tablets and ashwagandha, shatavari these medications will help in increase amh and natural conception? - #20730

Dr Sushma mam thanks for suggesting those medications. Pls tell me these medications how long shd I take? If not milk then how to take churna? Will natural conception is possible by increasing amh with these medications? Thank you in advance.

Yeah,You have to take for minimum 3 to 6 months, if not with milk , can take with warm water…
I don’t want to dump all at a time , start with the above medicines, slowly we can introduce the medicines
