You may not need a hysterectomy if symptoms are managed with Ayurvedic care and regular follow-ups. Ashokarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after meals Kanchanar Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after meals (helps shrink polyps) Nagkesar churna – 1 tsp with honey twice daily (stops bleeding) Praval Pishti – 125 mg with honey twice daily (cooling & stops bleeding) ✅ Dos: Warm, light, cooked meals (avoid heavy/oily foods) Practice gentle yoga and abhyanga (oil massage) with sesame oil Manage stress—emotional strain can worsen hormonal issues ❌ Don’ts: Avoid spicy, sour, or fermented foods Avoid caffeine, processed sugar, and late nights
