To increase sperm count naturally within 2 months, we should consider both dietary and lifestyle changes, guided by Ayurvedic principles. Your current sperm count and motility are indicators that your reproductive health can benefit from some tailored strategies. 1) **Diet and Herbs:** Ayurvedically, we focus on strengthening the Shukra Dhatu (the reproductive tissue). Foods such as almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds are rich in nutrients vital for sperm health. Amla (Indian gooseberry) is excellent to enhance vitality and can be consumed daily. Ashwagandha and Shilajit are revered for supporting male fertility; consider these under the guidance of an Ayurvedic practitioner to ensure proper dosage and usage. 2) **Lifestyle Adjustments:** Regular exercise is great, but ensure it's not stressing the pelvic region further, given your history of inflammation. Gentle yoga and pranayama can support oxygenation and reduce stress, benefiting reproductive health. 3) **COQ10 Supplementation:** It's known to improve sperm parameters in some cases. If previous advice was without personalized assessment, you might wish to consult a healthcare provider or an Ayurvedic doctor; they can evaluate if this fits your specific needs, as interactions with other supplements or health conditions should be avoided. 4) **Pus Cells & Inflammation:** In Ayurveda, pus cells point to internal inflammation or infection. Consider herbal remedies like Neem due to its antibacterial properties. Turmeric is another option for its potent anti-inflammatory effects; a golden milk drink in the evening is advisable for both inflammation and general reproductive health. While integrating these suggestions, maintain regular follow-up with a healthcare professional to monitor progress. Ayurvedic treatments should not replace conventional medical advice in urgent or severe cases. Remember, consistent daily practices tailored to you will foster the best outcomes.
