I am finding myself really confused about my symptoms lately. For months now, I've been dealing with some major hormonal changes — mood swings, fatigue, and let’s not even talk about the weight gain!! My friends have been recommending ashwagandha and shatavari, saying they are amazing for balancing hormones, but I just don't know if they really work or are just trendy herbs.
