I am really confused about this whole ajamamsa rasayanam thing... so I've been dealing with fatigue and constant joint pain for the past few months. I tried everything but nothing seems to work. I overheard my mom talking about ajamamsa rasayanam and thought maybe it could help me? She says it’s great for revitalization and boosting energy but I honestly don’t know much about it. Like, is it safe? How exactly does ajamamsa rasayanam work? I read somewhere it can help with joint issues too, which I really need! Any advice or experiences with ajamamsa rasayanam would be super helpful! Thank you!
