OSA, yaani Obstructive Sleep Apnea, ek aisi sthiti hai jo sone ke samay sans lene mei pareshani la sakti hai. Yeh metabolic aur cardiovascular rog, jaise diabetes aur hypertension ke saath bhi jud sakta hai. Yadi aap ne pehle alopathi aur homeopathy ilaaj liya hai, toh ab kuch ayurvedik upay koshish kar sakte hai jo kuch matra tak madad kar sakte hai.
Pehle apna prakriti ya dosha imbalance samajhna zaroori hai. OSA adhikatar kapha dosha vitiation se juda hota hai, jo excess weight ya mucous ke accretion se ho sakta hai. Shaant aur balanced vata bhi mahatvapurna hai kyuki wo sookshma srotas mein sthirata banaye rakhta hai.
Khaan-paan mein ‘Kapha’ ko balance karna zaroori hai. Iske liye apne din bhar ke bhojan mein garam, sunsee, aur halki khichari ya dal sarvashresth hai. Avoid karein dahi, baingan, maida aur bahut jyada mithi cheezein jo kapha wale bhojan badhate hain. Garam paani mein haldi aur adrak mila kar pine se bhi fayda ho sakta hai. Yeh combination kapha ko dur karne mein sahayak hai.
Yoga aur pranayama bhi apnea se niyantran mein madadgar hain. Bhujangasana, Trikonasana aur anulom-vilom dhyan dena, respiratory health ke lie beneficial hai. Koshish kare sohne se pehle 15-20 minute meditation aur deep breathing.
Aap shirodhara aur nasya kriya jaise ayruvedic therapies ka consultation bhi le sakte hai jo ‘upper respiratory channels’ ko shodhan aur swasth karne mein assist kareen. Zyada severe symptoms hone par specialist avashya consult kare.
Aapke ongoing ilaaj ke saat yeh kuch ayurvedic methods mila kar dekh sakte hai, aur purna roop se any therapies ko discard na kare. Shayad aapko ‘integrated’ approach se sabse achcha result mile. Mahatvapurn baat yeh hai ke kisi bhi ilaaj mei regular, aur consistent rahen. Agar kisi bhi prakaar ki cheej samajh mein nahi aaye, to anubandh ayurvedic vaidya ko puch lena samajhdaari hoga.
