Hello Kripali

Stop your neem ghana vati immediately. Even if it is herbal medicine ANY THING THAT HAS EFFECTS ALSO HAS SIDE EFFECTS.

Some dietary changes and some medicines will reduce all your symptoms

Do’s: Drink buttermilk daily. Cow Milk atleats twice a day. Cow ghee 2 tsp in both major meals. Eat home cooked healthy food. Coconut water or kokum sharbat .

Exercise. This will help your body pores to open up.

Do SHITALI and SITAKARI PRANAYAM (you will get the method of doing it on youtube) Do ANULOM VILOM by breathing only through left nostril and exhaling through right. You can do this every time you feel discomfort, start sweating too much or feel hot.

Dont’s: Curd (it is of heating potency) Oily and Spicy food. Late night staying awake. Packed and processed food. Cheese. Too hot or too cold water for bath. Fridge water or cold drinks.

Tab. Haridra Khanda 2 tabs twice a day before food. (if you get churna take 1tsp twice a day) Tab. Praval Panchamrit Vati 2 tabs twice a day before food. Syp. Sarivadyasav 2 tsp twice a day before food.

Praval yukt Gulkand 2 tsp in 1 glass of milk twice a day. You can have it during breakfast and at eve snacks.

Hello krupali, Thank you for reaching out and trusting this platform with your health journey I understand, how uncomfortable and unsettling, the symptoms must be neem ghanvati-the commonly used can act quite strongly in individuals with PITTA, predominant PRAKRITI or sensitive metabolism. The sensation you described like excessive internal heat, constant sweating, and a blocked feeling on the skin. suggest that your body is experiencing PITT aggravation along with possible obstruction of SROTAS.(micro channels(which can impaired normal perspiration and eat regulation to help PACIFI condition and clear internal imbalance. I recommend the following Giloyghan vati- One tablet to be taken twice daily after food with warm water, it is a pitta shamak and rasayana properties Shatavari churna-1/2 tsp with warm milk, cut night to nourish rasa dhatu and calm internal heat Amlaki churna- 1/2 tsp can be taken with honey or warm water at morning You can apply coconut oil over your body. 30 minutes before bathing to help produce skin sensitivity and alone. Natural cooling, lukewarm bath infused with rose petals. may relax the pores and promote a feeling of air flow on the skin Internally drink dhanyak hima (show 1 teaspoon coriander seeds overnight in a glass of water stain in the morning and drink the water daily) to gently detox heat from the system Add soaked black raisins and pomegranate to your diet Avoid spicy or fried foods, caffeinated drinks and over exposure to eat and your regular light meals and support your digestion with a pinch of trikatu churna in water after meals. If bloating is present, if symptoms purchase, despite these changes, I would suggest a detailed Ayurvedic consultation to assess your prakriti current Doshi status and Ama level . With the right support, your body can recover its natural cooling and sensory response. I am here to guide you through the process whenever you are ready.

Given the symptoms you’re experiencing, it seems you might be facing an imbalance in your Pitta dosha, leading to excessive heat within the body. Neem, although it has cooling properties, can in some individuals cause these reactions due to an underlying dosha imbalance or an individual’s unique constitution.

To alleviate the excess heat, begin by stopping the use of Neem Ghan Vati immediately, as it could be exacerbating your symptoms. Cooling the body’s internal heat is crucial. Incorporate foods that are naturally cooling such as cucumber, melons, and coconut water into your diet. They can help balance Pitta by hydrating and cooling your system.

Next, regular use of cooling herbs like Shatavari or Ashwagandha can be beneficial. Shatavari can be taken as a powder, half a teaspoon mixed with warm milk or water in the evening. Ashwagandha can be used similarly. However, considering your unique constitution and your reactions, consulting an ayurvedic practitioner for a personalized dose is advisable.

Engage in activities that help dissipate heat, like a gentle yoga practice or deep breathing exercises (Pranayama) like Sheetali (cooling breath). Practice in the cool parts of the day, like early morning or late in the evening, in a well-ventilated area.

For additional cooling, you might consider applying sandalwood or rose water on your skin. They are both naturally soothing and can help with the sensation of heat on your body’s surface.

Remember helpful routines like drinking adequate water infused with mint or fennel seeds throughout the day. These simple infusions can act as natural coolants.

If your symptoms persist despite these measures, it’s important to see an ayurvedic physician or a medical professional, to rule out any other underlying conditions and get a more tailored treatment plan.

Dr. Rajan soni
I am working in Ayurveda field from some time now, started out as a general physician at Chauhan Ayurveda Hospital in Noida. That place taught me a lot—how to handle different types of patients in OPD, those daily cases like fever, digestion issues, body pain... but also chronic stuff which keeps coming back. After that I moved to Instant Aushadhalya—an online Ayurveda hospital setup. Whole different space. Consultations online ain’t easy at first—no pulse reading, no direct Nadi check—but you learn to ask the right things, look at patient’s tone, habit patterns, timing of symptoms... and yeah it actually works, sometimes even better than in person. Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that. That awareness kinda becomes half the cure already. Not everything is perfect. Sometimes ppl don’t follow what you say, sometimes results are slow, and yeah that gets to you. But this path feels honest. It’s slow, grounded, and meaningful.

Dr. Shaniba P
I am an Ayurvedic doctor, someone who’s pretty much built her clinical journey around natural healing, balance and yeah—just trying to help ppl feel a bit more whole again. I work mostly with conditions that kinda stay with people... like joint pain that won’t go away, periods all over the place, kids falling sick again n again, or just the kind of stress that messes up digestion n sleep n everything in between. A lot of my practice circles around arthritis, lower back pain, PCOD-ish symptoms, antenatal care, immunity problems in kids, and those quiet mental health imbalances ppl often don't talk much about. My approach isn’t just pulling herbs off a shelf and calling it a day. I spend time with classical diagnosis—checking Prakriti, figuring out doshas, seeing how much of this is physical and how much is coming from daily routine or emotional burnout. And treatments? Usually a mix of traditional Ayurvedic meds, Panchakarma (only if needed!!), changing food habits, tweaking the daily rhythm, and honestly... just slowing down sometimes. I’m also really into helping ppl understand themselves better—like once someone gets how their body is wired, things make more sense. I talk to patients about what actually suits their dosha, what throws them off balance, and how they can stop chasing quick fixes that don’t stick. Education's a big part of it. And yes, I’ve had patients walk in for constant cold and walk out realizing it’s more about weak agni n poor gut routines than just low immunity. Every case’s diff. Some are simple. Some not. But whether it’s a young woman trying to fix her cycles without hormones or a 6-year-old catching colds every week, I try building plans that last—not just short term relief stuff. Healing takes time and needs trust from both sides. End of the day, I try to keep it rooted—classical where it matters but flexible enough to blend with the world we're livin in rn. That balance is tricky, but worth it.

Dr. Isha Bhardwaj
I am someone who kinda learned early that medicine isn’t just about protocols or pills—like, it’s more about people, right? I did my BAMS with proper grounding in both classical Ayurveda and also the basics of modern med, which honestly helped me see both sides better. During internship, I got to work 6 months at Civil Hospital Sonipat—very clinical, very fast paced—and the other 6 at our own Ayurvedic hospital in the college. That mix showed me how blending traditional and integrative care isn't just theory, it actually works with real patients. After that I joined Kbir Wellness, an Ayurvedic aushdhalaya setup, where I dived into Naadi Pariksha—like really deep. It’s weird how much you can tell from pulse if you just listen right?? Doing regular consultations there sharpened my sense of prakriti, vikriti and how doshas show up subtle first. I used classical Ayurvedic texts to shape treatment plans, but always kept the patient’s routine, mental space and capacity in mind. Also I was part of some health camps around Karnal and Panipat—especially in govt schools and remote areas. That part really stays with me. You get to help ppl who dont usually have access to consistent care, and you start valuing simple awareness more than anything. I kinda think prevention should be a bigger focus in Ayurveda, like we keep talking about root cause but don’t always reach people before it gets worse. My whole method is pretty much built around that—root-cause treatment, yes, but also guiding patients on how to live with their body instead of fighting symptoms all the time. I rely a lot on traditional diagnostics like Naadi, but I mix that with practical therapies they can actually follow. No point in giving hard-to-do regimens if someone’s already overwhelmed. I keep it flexible. Most of my plans include dietary changes, natural formulations, lifestyle corrections and sometimes breathwork, daily rhythms and all that. I’m not here to just “treat illness”—what I really aim for is helping someone feel like they’ve got a handle on their own health again. That shift from just surviving to kinda thriving... that’s what I look for in every case.

Dr. Khushboo
I am someone who kinda started out in both worlds—Ayurveda and allopathy—and that mix really shaped how I see health today. My clinical journey began with 6 months of hands-on allopathic exposure at District Hospital Sitapur. Honestly, that place was intense. Fast-paced, high patient flow, constant cases of chronic and acute illnesses coming through. That taught me a lot about how to see disease. Not just treat it, but like… notice the patterns, get better at real-time diagnosis, really listen to what the patient isn’t saying out loud sometimes. It gave me this sharper sense of clinical grounding which I think still stays with me. Then I moved more deeply into Ayurveda and spent another 6 months diving into clinical training focused on Panchakarma therapies. Stuff like Abhyanga, Basti, Shirodhara—learned those not just as a list of techniques, but how and when to use 'em, especially for detox and deep healing. Every case felt like a different puzzle. There wasn’t always one right answer, you know? And that’s where I found I loved adapting protocols based on what the person actually needed, not just what the textbook says. Alongside that, I got certified in Garbha Sanskar through structured training. That really pulled me closer to maternal health. Pregnancy support through Ayurveda isn’t just about herbs or massage, it’s like this entire way of guiding a mother-to-be toward nourishing the baby right from conception—emotionally, physically, all of it. That part stuck with me hard. My overall approach? It’s kinda fluid. I believe in balancing natural therapies and evidence-based thinking. Whether it's seasonal imbalance, hormonal issues, Panchakarma detox plans, or just guiding someone on long-term wellness—I like making people feel safe, heard, and actually understood. I’m not into rushing plans or masking symptoms. I’d rather work together with someone to build something sustainable that really suits their body and where they’re at. In a way, I’m still learning every day. But my focus stays the same—use Ayurvedic wisdom practically, compassionately, and in a way that just... makes sense in real life.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Ayushya Kumar Singh
I am someone who got into Ayurveda not just for treating diseases but cuz I always felt drawn to understanding why things go out of balance in the first place. My work’s rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—I’ve spent years studying them, not just memorizing shlokas but really figuring out what they mean in today’s context. At the same time, I also use modern diagnostic stuff where needed, just to get a fuller picture. Pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha) is something I rely on a lot—it’s not easy to master but with practice, it kinda tells you what the body’s hiding, even before symptoms scream out loud. I focus mostly on chronic issues… like gut problems, fatigue, hormonal mess, skin disorders, and stress stuff that just doesn’t go away with tablets. I use herbal formulations (mostly customized), Panchakarma when needed—not in a one-size way but actually based on the person’s Prakriti and Vikriti. I also spend a good chunk of time explaining things to patients. Like why you should eat this in winter, or skip curd at night or not mix fruits with milk—little stuff people think doesn’t matter, but actually does in Ayurveda. Over time, I’ve realized people don’t just want relief, they want to understand how their body works again. That’s kinda where I feel most useful. I help patients reconnect with natural rhythms, daily routines, sleep cycles, digestion, seasons—all of it. And ya, it’s slow sometimes. But once things shift internally, you see it show up on the outside too. That’s what keeps me going honestly. Whether it’s stress or sluggish metabolism or just someone feeling “not right” without knowing why—I try to listen deep, go to the root n create a treatment path that’s realistic and sustainable. Not just ideal on paper. Healing, for me, is something we do together, not something I just hand over. I want people to feel heard n understood… and to believe their bodies can heal, with the right support. That’s what Ayurveda is to me—real, ancient, and still totally alive.
