I am really struggling with some health issues lately. I’ve been feeling super irritable and my digestion is off, like really off. It started after I had a stressful couple of weeks at work, lots of late nights and takeout food that I thought would be okay. My skin's even become really sensitive and I’ve got these weird rashes that never seem to go away. I read somewhere that this might all be because of high pitta levels?
