Doctors’ responses
It sounds like you're dealing with multiple health concerns, including skin allergies, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, high CRP (C-reactive protein), and potentially high HbA1c. Ayurveda suggests focusing on detoxifying the body to address these imbalances. For skin allergies, Neem and Turmeric are excellent herbs due to their anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties. To manage blood pressure and cholesterol, Arjuna and Ashwagandha can support heart health and reduce stress, while Triphala can help cleanse the system and balance blood sugar levels. Incorporating anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric, ginger, and leafy greens, along with a low-sugar, high-fiber diet, may help lower cholesterol and regulate blood sugar. Regular Panchakarma treatments (detox therapies) can be very helpful to cleanse and restore balance, alongside lifestyle changes to manage stress and ensure adequate sleep. Always consult with an Ayurvedic doctor for personalized advice and to ensure your treatments align with your unique constitution.

Hey, dealing with skin allergies can be quite a task, especially when there's that mix of high blood pressure, cholesterol issues, and elevated CRP. It sounds like you’re juggling quite a bit, and it's important we dig a bit deeper into what's causing your skin troubles and those lab numbers.
So, starting with your skin allergy. In Ayurveda, skin conditions often tie into Pitta dosha imbalances, sometimes influenced by Vata dosha too. Stress, spicy foods, or too much heat can worsen things. Try cooling foods like cucumber or coconut water (but not too much, don't want to overdo it). Also consider applying a gentle, natural paste of sandalwood, mixed with rose water. It’s soothing and helps remedy Pitta.
Your HbA1c being up suggests blood sugar isn't quite where we'd want it. Ayurveda puts emphasis on managing Agni. Ensuring your digestion is strong can help. Could think about adding ginger tea, just a slice of ginger in hot water, sip slowly. But again, don’t go overboard, balance is everything.
Now cholesterol – ah, that's Kapha territory often, especially with weighty, oily foods. Simplify your diet, go for more veggies, whole grains, consider Triphala at night; it’s a mild detox that may help.
Given that BP is high too – maybe try meditation or gentle yoga, calming the Vata – that can lower stress levels, which, trust me, does wonders for blood pressure.
CRP being up suggests some inflammation, could be related to all the above, or even a sign it needs doc's attention alongside these lifestyle tweaks. It’s good to stay on top of it with medical support, we can do our bit but some things, they really need that blend of Ayurveda and modern medicine.
Just a heads up, if anything feels worse or off – best getting it checked sooner with your doc. Stay well, and be gentle with yourself. It’s a journey, right?
