I am trying to figure out when to drink amla juice for weight loss because I’ve heard it works wonders but honestly I’m not sure how to fit it into my day. Last month, I started a new health routine after feeling super sluggish - I’m talking like I could barely get through the day without wanting to nap. I read that amla juice could help boost metabolism and support weight loss which really got me interested! I’ve been drinking it in the mornings, but someone mentioned that I might be missing out on its full potential if I drank it at a different time. I usually have breakfast around 8 am and then hit the gym at 9:30. Ugh, I’ve also read differing views on the best time for amla juice, like some say before meals, others suggest after. I’m getting super confused!! When to drink amla juice for weight loss? Is morning really the best time, or should I be mixing it in with my post-workout snacks? Any insights would be great, thanks!
