Naak band aur gale ki kharash ke shikayaat ka mukhya karan aapke sharir mein vaat aur kapha dosha ka aasanthulan ho sakta hai. Vaat aur Kapha ka vitiation thandi aur geeli paristhitiyon se jyada hota hai. Pehle ham samjhte hain ki ye samasya kaisi ho rahi hai aur uske liye ayurvedic samadhan kya ho sakte hain.

Aamtor par, ye samasya aapke immune system ke kamjor hone se hoti hain. Ye bhi ho sakta hai ki aapka agni (digestive fire) kamjor ho, jo aapke sharir ko vyadhi se ladne ki kapasathi ko kam kar raha ho. Iske liye kapha-shamak tatha vaat-balanshank kriyao ko apnaya ja sakta hai.

1. Nasya: Prtydin subah 2-3 boonde til ka tel ya desi ghee apne naak me daalein. Ye kriya naak ke andhar ke sukhapan ko door karke vaat aur kapha ko balance karne me madad karega.

2. Garam Pani: Har 1-2 ghante me garam paani piyein aur normal paani se door rahen. Thandi cheezon se door rahna hi theek hoga kyunki ye kapha ko bada sakti hain.

3. Tulsi, Ginger, aur Mulethi: Inka kadha jarur pee sakte hain. Ye ingredients gala aur naak ke swasthya ko santulan me rakhte hain. Ek mug me paani garam karen, usme thoda sa adrak, 5-6 tulsi ke patte aur ek chhota tukda mulethi daal kar achhe se ubalein.

4. Pranayama: Anulom Vilom aur Bhramari pranayam prtydin karein. Inko karne se vayu ke pravah ko sudhaara jata hai aur naak ki swasth prashashan me sudhar hota hai.

5. Vatanashak Aahar: Haridra (haldi) aur hing ka pryojan karein, kyunki ye aapke shwasan tantra ko majbooti dete hain.

Agar samasya lagatar bani rahti hai toh yeh doctor se salah zarur le. kadachit allergy ya aur koi underlying condition iske liye zimedaar ho sakti hai. Ayurveda me visheshagya ke nirdeshan me hi apay-en kare.

Naak band aur gale ki kharash kaafi logon mein dekha gaya samasya hai aur Ayurveda isko vata aur kapha dosha ke asantulan ke roop mein dekhta hai. Ye asantulan aapke nasas, gala, aur shvasan pranali par prabhav daal sakta hai. Kabhi-kabhi ye asantulan kisi alchemical roop se bhi ho sakta hai, jo humare vyavahaar aur vatawaran ke anusar hota hai.

Aapka ye kehna ki ye smasya sardi-garmi donon mausamon mein badh jaati hai, is baat ki or sanket kar sakti hai ki vikar sthayi hai. Shayad seene mein jamav ho sakta hai, jo naak aur gala doan par kaarya karte hain. Ab mein bataata hoon kuch Siddha-Ayurvedic upaay jo imbalancing ko samjhne mein madad krenge.

1. Nasal Steam: Din mein do baar garam paani se bhap lena, jisme thoda sa eucalyptus tel mila hota ho, naak ka band hona kam kar sakta hai. Yadi aapke pas eucalyptus tel nahi ho, toh ek chutki ajwain par bhi vichaar kar sakte hain.

2. Kashayam: Har din ek baar elaichi, adrak aur tulsi ko paani mein ubal kar kashayam par sakte hain. Isse gala aur naak dono ko aram milega.

3. Dietary Adjustments: Thanda, tikha aur bahut meetha khana avoid kriye. Garam aur suhava bhojan pasand karein jo aapke agni ko support kare aur vata kapha ko balance karein.

4. Gargle with Salt Water: Gungune paani mein namak mila kar din mein do baar gargle karein, isse gali ki kharash mein aram mile.

5. Pranayama: Deep breathing aur pranayam daily practice kijiye. Isse nasas aur shvasan pranali swasth rahegi aur dosha balance mein waqt lagega.

Agar aapko jyada dikkat ho ya lag bhag yah sthiti tezi se bigad rahi ho, toh turant kisi chikitsak se samprkta kijy. Anya kisi bhi aavshakta anusaar aapko safalta mile.
