No need to worry dear,

First of all avoid kaphavardhak ahar vihar like too sweet, sour, salty food, oily and fried food etc.

Start taking these medications, 1.Varunaadi kwath 20ml with equal amount of Lukewarm water empty stomach twice in a day. 2.Kanchnaar guggulu 2-0-2 for chewing. 3.Medoharvidangaadi lauh 1-0-1

*Daily Drink Triphala kashayam (should not be too hot)+1tbsf of honey.

Follow up after 45 days.

Take care😊

Kind Regards, Dr.Isha Ashok Bhardwaj

To address issues related to PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and body fat, an Ayurvedic approach can be quite effective. Begin by considering your dosha imbalance; in PCOS, it usually stems from Kapha and Pitta imbalances. Here are few steps you can follow:

1. Diet: Prioritize foods that calm Kapha and Pitta doshas. Opt for warm, light, and easily digestible meals. Incorporate spices like ginger, turmeric, cumin, and cinnamon, which help in boosting metabolism and reducing inflammation. Avoid processed and sugary foods as they can aggravate your doshas and make weight loss harder.

2. Herbal Remedies: Use Triphala, which is a traditional ayurvedic remedy known for improving metabolism and aiding digestion. Consuming it with warm water at night can help detoxify the body.

3. Routine: Maintain a daily routine. Wake up early, around sunrise. Prioritize getting consistent sleep, as irregular sleep patterns can disrupt hormonal balance.

4. Hydration: Drink plenty of warm water—small sips throughout the day maintain your metabolism. Warm water helps to balance Kapha by keeping your digestive fire (agni) burning optimally.

5. Therapies: Consider Abhyanga, an Ayurvedic oil massage, using warm sesame oil. It improves circulation which is beneficial for Kapha imbalances and supports detoxification.

6. Breathing Exercises: Practice Kapalbhati pranayama and Anulom-Vilom. These exercises can help in balancing body’s energy and contribute towards reducing belly fat.

7. Ayurvedic Lifestyle: Embrace a sattvic lifestyle. Focus on fresh, whole foods and maintain a peaceful mind. Incorporating Yoga practices that focus on flexibility can further improve overall balance.

Weight reduction particularly in PCOS is a gradual process, and consistency is key. While following these recommendations, if you’re not seeing any progress or experiencing any discomfort, it’s wise to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare provider to tailor the regimen to your specific needs.
