I've pcos for last many years. Acne, facial hairs. Irregular periods, no pain though. Is there anything to reverse it ?? Also ive skin issues like cyrossis. Can this b related to this... .??

Like, I don’t do one-size-fits-all plans. I sit down, make case reports (yup, proper handwritten notes sometimes), observe small shifts, modify herbs, suggest diet tweaks, even plan rest patterns when needed. I find that holistic angle super powerful. And patients feel it too—some who come in dull n restless, over weeks show clarity, skin settles, energy kinda gets back... that makes the day worth it tbh. There’s no shortcut to trust, and i get that. Maybe that’s why patients keep referring their siblings or maa-papa too. Not bragging, but when people say things like “you actually listened” or “I felt heard”, it stays in the back of my mind even when I’m dog tired lol. My goal? Just to keep learning, treating honestly and evolving as per what each new case teaches me. Ayurveda isn’t static—it grows with u if u let it. Hello . U need to avoid spicy oily salty junk foods hotelling . Avoid late nights and late meals. Do yoga and pranayam regularly. U need to go for panchakarma under ayurvedic doctor. Till that Detox urself every month before periods with 30 ml of castor with 20 black raisins decoction early morning followed by warm water and light khichadi diet whole Day. Tab Chandraprabha vati 2 tabs 1/2 hr before meals with 2 sip ofcow milk. Kumariasav 15 ml + 15 ml warm water after meals. Updates after 15 days. Yes panchakarma is needed

PCOS is a condition where the ovaries produce many small fluid filled sacs(cysts) and the hormones get imbalanced. This leads to -irregular or missed periods -acne, oily skin -extra facial/body hair (hirsutism) -difficulty in conceiving sometimes -weight gain in some, though some women are lean with PCOS

Ayurvedic view -caused by imbalance in kapha (heaviness, mucus, sluggishness) and Vata (irregularity, dryness, hormonal misfiring), sometimes aggravated pitta (heat, acne, inflammation) -weak digestion -> toxin formation-> blocks reproductive channels -fat tissue increases and disturbs hormone balance -thus, cycles stops being regular, cysts form, and skin/hair issues appear
