I find that holistic angle super powerful. And patients feel it too—some who come in dull n restless, over weeks show clarity, skin settles, energy kinda gets back... that makes the day worth it tbh. There’s no shortcut to trust, and i get that. Maybe that’s why patients keep referring their siblings or maa-papa too. Not bragging, but when people say things like “you actually listened” or “I felt heard”, it stays in the back of my mind even when I’m dog tired lol. My goal? Just to keep learning, treating honestly and evolving as per what each new case teaches me. Ayurveda isn’t static—it grows with u if u let it. I guess I’m just walking that path, one custom plan at a time.

Hello Keerthi ji, Tingling and burning sensation in th feet might be due to increased blood glucose levels or vit B12 deficiency. I recommend the following tests - . Fasting and PP Blood glucose level .Vit B12 level . Blood Pressure For backpain,I recommend the following treatment plan - 1. Trayodashanga guggulu-1-1-1 after meals ( crush this tablet into 2-3 parts for better absorption) 2. Ekangveer Ras 2-0-2 after meals 3. Mahanarayan tel- Apply on painful area.

Diet- . Include ginger, asafoetida, Fenugreek, turmeric, garlic, drumstick,ghee,milk in diet. . Avoid peas,cauliflower ,capsicum, kalay daal.

Yoga and exercises- . Tadasana,trikonasana,shavasana, gomukhasana.

Lifestyle modifications - . Reduce climbing stairs. . Avoid soft matress for sleeping. . Maintain good posture while sitting. . Sleep to the left, don’t sleep in supine position all night.

In Ayurveda, this is seen as a vata disorder- particularly vata vyadhi affecting asthi dhatu (bones), majja dhatu(nerves), and possibly causing avarana (blockages in channels)

That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs.
