Hello

Pus nikalna is a normal thing after kshar sutra but it should not be smelling and should not be painful.

Pus dhire dhire kam ho jana chaheye

Agar aapko koi antibiotic chalu ho toh please usse chalu rakhe.

About the massa uska toh examine karne ke baad hi proper pata chalega. Iske liye aapko ek baar aapke surgeon ko milna padega.

✅ Agar pus halka, safed ya peela hai aur badbu nahi hai, to yeh healing ka hissa ho sakta hai ❌ Agar pus bahut zyada, badbudaar, ya laal rang ke saath ho, to yeh infection ho sakta hai

✅ Daily care: - Us jagah ko neem paani ya triphala kwath se dhoyein - Jatyadi tail ya Haridra (haldi) paste lagayein (infection control ke liye) - Kapda ya dressing saf aur sukha rakhein ✅ Ayurvedic support: - Guggulu Panchapala Churna: 1 tsp din mein 2 baar, garam paani ke saath (infection aur healing ke liye) - Triphala Guggulu: 2 tablets din mein 2 baar (anti-inflammatory) - Haridra Khand: 1 tsp raat ko doodh ke saath (pus aur immunity ke liye)

After kshara sutra procedure, it is quite common for some discharge, including a small amount of to come from the treated area This usually happens as the body cleans out that tissue and wound begins to heal The mass itself may have been partially or fully removed during the procedure, but the mild discharge can continue for few days as a part of normal Healing However, if the person is increasing as a false smell or is accompanied by severe pain, swelling or fever, it could indicate an infection And in that case, you should immediately consult your kshara sutra surgeon

Neem cap Giloy tab - Take each tablet once daily after food with warm water Clean the area with warm water and keep dry Avoid oily, spicy, heavy food Drink plenty of fluids Are you currently taking any other medication?

Bilkul Abhimanyu ji, main aapki baat samajh gayi 👍

Ksher sutra treatment ke baad kuch dinon tak pus (peela safed discharge) aana bilkul normal process hai. Isse ghabraane ki zarurat nahi hai. Ksher sutra dhire-dhire granthi/massa ke tissue ko kaat kar nikalta hai aur saath hi infected tissue ko saaf bhi karta hai.

✅ Aapke case mein:

5ve din thread nikal gaya hai, iska matlab hai ki jo massa tha vo kafi had tak cut ho chuka hai.

Pus aana abhi bhi ho raha hai kyunki andar ke tissues abhi heal ho rahe hain. Ye aam baat hai aur dhire-dhire kam ho jayega.

Aksar 1–2 hafte tak thoda discharge reh sakta hai.

✅ Aapko kya karna chahiye:

1. Roz warm water + antiseptic (jaise neem patte ka paani) se us jagah ko saaf kijiye.

2. Doctor ki salah se Jatyadi taila ya Haridra (haldi) churna lagaya ja sakta hai, taaki wound jaldi bhar jaye.

3. Safai ka khayal rakhiye aur tight kapde avoid kijiye.

4. Agar bohot zyada pus, badbu, tez dard ya bukhar ho to turant apne surgeon/Ayurvedic doctor ko dikhaiye.

⚠️ Pus ka thoda aana healing ka part hai, lekin dhire-dhire kam hoga. Agar din-ba-din badhta hai to check karna zaruri hai.

Wishing you a good health😊

Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

HELLO ABHIMANYU

1. Ksher Sutra ke baad kya hota hai? Ksher Sutra ek alkaline thread hai jo मस्से, भगन्दर, नासूर, पाइल्स adi mein use hota hai. Yeh dhire-dhire local tissue ko cut + curette + heal karta hai. Process ke dauran slough, dead tissue aur pus nikalna normal hai.

2. Aapke case mein (massa + pus nikalna) Jo aapne dekha ki massa bathroom mein gir gaya, iska matlab hai ki Ksher Sutra ne apna कटिंग + एक्सफ़ॉलिएशन ka kaam kar diya. Abhi bhi pus / discharge aana सामान्य है, kyunki: Wahan abhi healing chal rahi hai. Purana slough (मृत ऊतक) nikal raha hai. Ksher Sutra jab tak effective hai, tab tak discharge hota hai.

4. Aap kya karein? ✅ Ksher Sutra lagane wale Vaidya / Ayurvedic Surgeon ko dikhate rahna bahut zaroori hai. ✅ Local स्वच्छता rakhein – गुनगुने त्रिफला क्वाथ / पञ्चवल्कल क्वाथ se dhona labhkarak hai. ✅ हल्का, सुपाच्य aahar lein. ✅ Zyada तेज pain, badbu ya lahu (zyada bleeding) ho to turant apne chikitsak ko batayein.

👉 Nishkarsh (Ayurvedic view): Massa girna aur uske baad bhi kuch din pus/discharge aana सामान्य प्रक्रिया hai. Yeh Ksher Sutra ke बाद का healing चरण hai. Agar pus धीरे-धीरे kam ho raha hai to चिंता की बात नहीं, lekin agar discharge bahut badh jaye ya तेज dard/fever ho to apne वैद्य से तुरंत संपर्क करें.

THANK YOU

DR. MAITRI ACHARYA

Ksher sutra therapy, which is traditionally used for the management of conditions like haemorrhoids and warts, involves the application of a medicated thread (ksher sutra) to gradually cut through the tissues. In your case, since the massa (wart or similar growth) has come off after 5 days, it’s not uncommon for there to be some pus discharge as part of the healing process. This can happen due to tissue reaction or if there was any minor infection around the area.

The presence of pus can indicate that the body is trying to clear out any remaining infection. However, if the pus is excessive, has a foul smell, or is accompanied by increasing redness, swelling, or tenderness, these may be signs of infection that needs to be addressed. It would be wise to keep the area clean and dry. You can gently wash it with a mild antiseptic solution (like diluted neem water) and cover it with sterile gauze if required.

Monitoring how the area heals is important. If the discharge persists or symptoms worsen, consider reaching out to the practitioner who performed the treatment or a healthcare professional specializing in minor skin surgery or Ayurveda for further advice. They might prescribe a mild antibiotic ointment if they suspect bacterial infection or systemic antibiotics in more severe cases.

Rest assured, some pus formation can be a normal part of the healing when managed carefully. However, pay attention to the signs mentioned and don’t hesitate to seek more personalized guidance if you’re in doubt.

Ksher sutra priyog ke baad jab massa ya wart nikalta hai, to thode dinon tak pus ya risav aana ek aam baat ho sakti hai. Yeh prakriya thoda samay leti hai jisme infection aur healing process ongoing hoti hai. Agar massa nikal gaya hai, to bhi thoda pus bahar aa sakta hai jab tak poora prabhavit kshetra theek nahi ho jata.

Lekin agar pus zyada hai ya uske saath baaki koi symptoms jaise dard, laalpan ya jalan badh rahi hai, to yeh infection ko dikhata hai jo immediate attention ki maang karta hai. Aise halat me aapke vaidhya ya doctor se sampark karein aur unko puri sthiti samjhayein. Vikar aur complications se bachne ke liye professional paran amaansha sahi waqt pe lena jaroori hai.

Gharmanusaar aap ko paani aur sunlight se kshetr ko safe rakhne ka prayaas karein aur saaf kapde se dhak ke rakhein. Lekin bhi kisi bhi type ki ghar par based ilaj bina vaidya ke samjhae hue na karne ki salah di jati hai, kyunki complication ka khatra hota hai.

Agar aapka aram na ho raha ho, to bina deri ke vaidya ko dekhaein. Safety first prathamikta ho, aur samasya ka jad samadhan lena zaroori hai.
