Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

I am a dedicated Ayurvedic practitioner with a diverse foundation in both modern and traditional systems of medicine. My journey began with six months of hands-on experience in allopathic medicine at District Hospital Sitapur, where I was exposed to acute and chronic care in a high-volume clinical setting. This experience strengthened my diagnostic skills and deepened my understanding of patient care in an allopathic framework. Complementing this, I have also completed six months of clinical training in Ayurveda and Panchakarma, focusing on natural detoxification and rejuvenation therapies. During this time, I gained practical experience in classical Ayurvedic treatments, including Abhyanga, Basti, Shirodhara, and other Panchakarma modalities. I strongly believe in a patient-centric approach that blends the wisdom of Ayurveda with the clinical precision of modern medicine for optimal outcomes. Additionally, I hold certification in Garbha Sanskar, a specialized Ayurvedic discipline aimed at promoting holistic wellness during pregnancy. I am passionate about supporting maternal health and fetal development through time-tested Ayurvedic practices, dietary guidance, and lifestyle recommendations. My approach to healthcare emphasizes balance, preventive care, and customized wellness plans tailored to each individual’s constitution and health goals. I aim to create a nurturing space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. Whether treating seasonal imbalances, supporting women’s health, or guiding patients through Panchakarma therapies, I am committed to delivering care that is rooted in tradition and guided by compassion.

Nil sperm count or azoospermia, along with fatigue and erectile dysfunction, can be complex conditions, but Ayurveda provides a pathway to address and potentially improve these issues by focusing on overall health and well-being. Since your hormonal reports are normal, it’s crucial to consider lifestyle, nutrition, and stress management. Let’s explore how Ayurveda might assist.

Firstly, examine your diet and digestion. A diet rich in sattvic (pure) foods, which enhance ojas (vitality), is recommended. Include whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds in your meals. Specifically, increase intake of almonds and walnuts; soak them overnight before consuming, as this aids digestion. Cow milk, with a pinch of saffron, can be beneficial before bed to strengthen the reproductive tissues or shukra dhatu.

Pay attention to your agni, or digestive fire, by ensuring meals are warm and freshly prepared. Avoid heavy, processed, or cold foods that can disturb digestion. Incorporating spices like ginger, black pepper, and turmeric can invigorate agni.

Daily routine matters, too. It’s essential to manage stress through mindfulness, meditation, or gentle yoga exercises, focusing on asanas like Bhujangasana and Paschimottanasana that improve blood flow and rejuvenate energy. Ashwagandha and Shatavari are herbs noted for their adaptogenic properties, which help combat stress and bolster reproductive health. A healthcare professional should be consulted before integrating herbs into your diet.

Finally, regular abhyanga (oil massage) with sesame oil or Ashwagandha oil revitalizes the nervous system, promoting circulation and relaxation. Prioritize ample sleep, as the body’s natural restorative processes occur during rest.

Since these issues have persisted for five years, ongoing consultation with an Ayurvedic practitioner alongside conventional medicine may enhance results, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your health.

The symptoms you’re experiencing—nil sperm count and erectile dysfunction despite normal hormonal levels—could be influenced by various factors like stress, lifestyle, poor diet, or nadis energy flow issues. In Siddha-Ayurveda, it’s important to look into balancing doshas, especially focusing on vata and pitta, which can play a crucial role in reproductive health.

1. Diet and Nutrition: Begin by enhancing your diet. Incorporate foods that are rich in zinc, such as pumpkin seeds, spinach, and sesame seeds, as they are known to support sperm health. Include cooked foods with more oils like ghee, which nourishes the dhatus, particularly the shukra dhatu (reproductive tissue).

2. Herbal Remedies: Certain herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari can be beneficial for male reproductive health. They help in balancing vata and reinforcing shukra dhatu which is crucial for fertility. Take 1-2 teaspoons of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk at night before sleep.

3. Lifestyle Adjustments: Regular physical activity that isn’t too strenuous should be a part of your routine. A few minutes of yoga, especially asanas focused on enhancing pelvic strength like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), can improve circulation and strengthen the reproductive organs.

4. Stress Management: Stress can significantly affect sperm count and erectile function. Practices like meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) can help in calming the mind and balancing vata.

5. Regular Sleep: Lack of sleep impacts stress levels and overall health. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night to align your circadian rhythm, which also helps with hormonal balance.

For any severe infertility issues, consulting with a healthcare professional is essential, as underlying medical causes may need assessment. Anyone considering Ayurveda remedies should do so under guidance, ensuring the treatments fit their prakriti and specific condition.

HELLO MONU,

You are facing three major symptoms

1) NIL SPERM COUNT= no sperm seen in semen sample 2) ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION= difficult in getting or maintaining an erection 3) PERSISTENT FATIGUE AND WEAKNESS= feeling tired, low energy, lack of enthusiasm

WHAT THIS MEANS Your body is producing semen , but it doesn’t contain sperm, or the sperm are not reaching out due to blockages Your sexual strength and body energy are also weak, leading to erectile issues and fatigue

Since hormones are normal, your testicles are likely structurally normal, but their functional power to produce shukra dhatu has weakened- a sign of shukra kshaya in Ayurveda.

In Ayurveda , reproductive health depends on nourishment of the seven dhatus (body tissues): Rasa-> rakta -> mamsa-> meda-> athi-> majja-> shukra

If any layer before shukra dhatu becomes weak (especially digestion, metabolism or nervous system), shukra formation is impaired

This causes -shukra kshaya= depletion of semen/sperm -klaibya= erectile dysfunction -daurbalya= weakness

ROOT CAUSES INCLUDE -long term stress, anxiety, depression -irregular eating, lack of nourishment -suppressed sleep -addictions- alcohol, smoking -overuse of antibiotics or steroids -excessive heat exposure near testicular area -over or under sexual activity

TREATMENT GOALS -rejuvenate and nourish shukra dhatu – sperm tissue -improve semen quality and sperm count -remove internal toxins and balance vata pitta -strengthen erectile capacity and libido -increase vitality, stamina, and immunity -support mental calmnss and confidence

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA= 5gm with milk twice daily for 3 months =increases testosterone like effects, builds muscle and sperm count

2) SAFED MUSLI POWDER + KAPIKACCHU POWDER= 3gm each with milk twice daily For 3 month =aphrodisiac, promotes sperm production, increase sperm count, motility, libido

3) GOKSHURA CHURNA= 3gm twice daily with warm water for 3 months =improves urinary and reproductive strength

4) MUSLI PAK= 1 tsp twice daily with milk for 3 months =enhances vitality , sperm and stamina

5) VRISHYA RASAYANA= 1 tsp daily with warm milk for 3 months =potent rejuvenative for reproductive system

6) VASANTA KUSUMAKAR RAS= 1 tab with ghee for 2 months =strengthens nerves, improves erection

EXTERNAL THERAPIES

1) OIL MASSAGE= Bala taila =improves circulation, reduces stress tones nerves

2) STEAM THRAPY= follows massage, open channels improves tissue nutrition

3) NASYA= instill 2 drops of anu taila in each nostril daily morning =balances prana vata, improves brain-reproductive axis

#SEMEN-NOURISHING DIET-VERY IMPORTANT EAT THESE DAILY - COW’S GHEE , MILK WITH DRY DATES OR CARDAMOM -WHITE ONION JUICE OR GARLIC MILK AT NIGHT -BLACK SESAME SEEDS, PUMPKIN SEEDS, SOAKED ALMONDS -BOILED EGG , BANANA, AVOCADO, FIGS, DATES -HERBAL TEA OF SAFED MUSLI+GOKSHURA+ASHWAGANDHA

#STRICTLY AVOID -FRIED, SOUR, OVER SPICY FOOD -EXCESS TEA, COFFEE, COLD DRINKS -SMOKING, ALCOHOL,PORN USE,FREQUENT MASTURBATION -LATE NIGHT FOOD OR MOBILE PHONE USE AT NIGHT

NOW COMES THE MOST IMPORTANT PART TO FOLLOW

1)KEGEL EXERCISES(MOOLA BANDHA IN YOGA) PURPOSE- STRENGTHEN PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES THAT SUPPORT ERECTION AND SEMEN CONTROL

HOW TO DO- -SIT/LIE DOWN AND TIGTHEN THE MUSCLES YOU USE TO STOP URINE MID STREAM -HOLD FOR 5-10 SECONDS, THEN RELEASE -REPEAT 15-20 TIMES, 3 SETS DAILY-MORNING,AFTERNOON,NIGHT

ADVANCED- TRY KEGEL CONTRACTIONS SURING AROUSAL , FOREPLAY, OR URINATION CONTROL TO STRENGTHEN EJACULATION DELAY

2)PELVIC THRUST EXERCISE(BRIDGE POSE) -LIE ON BACK, BEND KNEES, FEET FLAT -RAISE HIPS UPWARDS WHILE SQUEEZING BUTTOCKS AND HOLDING CORE -HOLD FOR 10 SECONDS AND RELEASE -DO 15 REPS*3 SETS

3)YOGA ASANA FOR SEXUAL STRENGTH -BHUJANGASANA=BOOSTS PELVIC CIRCULATION -PASCHIMITTANASANA= INCREASES SEMEN QUALITY -VAJRASANA AFTER MEALS= IMPROVES DIGESTION AND SHUKRA DHATU -ASHWINI MUDRA(ANAL LOCK)=CONTROLS PREMATURE EJACULATION

#PRANAYAM-DO 10-15 MIN DAILY -ANULOM VILOM- NERVE BALANCING -BHRAMARI- CALMS MIND, REDUCES OVER EXCITEMENT -UDGEETH- CONFIDENCE+OJAS BOOSTING

HOME REMEDIES -mix of almonds (5), dates (3), figs (2) soaked overnight-> blend with milk in morning-> drink daily -1 tsp ghee + 1 tsp honey (do not mix in equal quanitiy keep honey less) -boil 1 glass milk with 1 tbsp shatavri powder- drink at night -black sesame seeds 1 tsp daily with jaggery -soaked walntuts 2-3 and soaked raisins 10-15 daily

-Yes, this condition can improve if testicular tissue is functional -Ayurveda has a strong tradition of rasyana and vajikarana therapy- rejuvenating the entire reproductive system naturally -results require time and consistency-usually 3 t0 6 months for visible improvement sometimes upto 12 months

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

I am Dr Anurag Sharma, done with BAMS and also PGDHCM from IMS BHU, which honestly shaped a lot of how I approach things now in clinic. Working as a physician and also as an anorectal surgeon, I’ve got around 2 to 3 years of solid experience—tho like, every day still teaches me something new. I mainly focus on anorectal care (like piles, fissure, fistula stuff), plus I work with chronic pain cases too. Pain management is something I feel really invested in—seeing someone walk in barely managing and then leave with actual relief, that hits different. I’m not really the fancy talk type, but I try to keep my patients super informed, not just hand out meds n move on. Each case needs a bit of thinking—some need Ksharasutra or minor para surgical stuff, while others are just lifestyle tweaks and herbal meds. I like mixing the Ayurved principles with modern insights when I can, coz both sides got value really. It’s like—knowing when to go gentle and when to be precise. Right now I’m working hard on getting even better with surgical skills, but also want to help people get to me before surgery's the only option. Had few complicated cases where patience n consistency paid off—no shortcuts but yeah, worth it. The whole point for me is to actually listen first, like proper listen. People talk about symptoms but also say what they feel—and that helps in understanding more than any lab report sometimes. I just want to stay grounded in my work, and keep growing while doing what I can to make someone's pain bit less every day.

Dr. Anjali Sehrawat
I am Dr. Anjali Sehrawat. Graduated BAMS from National College of Ayurveda & Hospital, Barwala (Hisar) in 2023—and right now I'm doing my residency, learning a lot everyday under senior clinicians who’ve been in the field way longer than me. It’s kind of intense but also really grounding. Like, it makes you pause before assuming anything about a patient. During my UG and clinical rotations, I got good hands-on exposure... not just in diagnosing through Ayurvedic nidan but also understanding where and when Allopathic tools (like lab reports or acute interventions) help fill the gap. I really believe that if you *actually* want to heal someone, you gotta see the whole picture—Ayurveda gives you that depth, but you also need to know when modern input is useful, right? I’m more interested in chronic & lifestyle disorders—stuff like metabolic imbalances, stress-linked issues, digestive problems that linger and slowly pull energy down. I don’t rush into giving churnas or kashayams just bcz the texts say so... I try to see what fits the patient’s prakriti, daily habits, emotional pattern etc. It’s not textbook-perfect every time, but that’s where the real skill grows I guess. I do a lot of thinking abt cause vs symptom—sometimes it's not the problem you see that actually needs solving first. What I care about most is making sure the treatment is safe, ethical, practical, and honest. No overpromising, no pushing meds that don’t fit. And I’m always reading or discussing sth—old Samhitas or recent journals, depends what the case demands. My goal really is to build a practice where people feel seen & understood, not just “managed.” That's where healing actually begins, right?

Dr. Manjusha Vikrant Pate
I am practicing Ayurveda since 18+ years now, and honestly... it still surprises me how much I keep learning especially when it comes to skin and hair. My focus—if I had to sum it up—is deeply rooted in Panchakarma, but more specifically in *Upakarma* therapies. These smaller, supportive steps within the Panchakarma frame can be powerful if you adjust them exactly right to a person’s *prakriti*. That’s actually where my attention goes first—understanding their natural constitution. Because once that’s clear, everything else sort of falls in place. I work a lot with chronic and tricky skin issues like pigmentation, hair fall, premature ageing, even stubborn acne that just doesn’t respond to regular creams and pills. And no—I don’t use shortcuts. I rely on traditional protocols, yes, but also create my own Ayurvedic blends—like facemasks, oils, even hair packs. These aren’t random—they're planned, adjusted, dosha-specific, and meant to *actually* support the skin's natural cycle. I’ve spent years refining these formulations, keeping them close to classical wisdom but tweaking them slightly when needed for a person’s lifestyle or condition. Ayurvedic facials in my clinic aren't just glow-up routines. They’re built to go deep—cleanse the layers, calm pitta excess or vata dryness, stimulate sluggish kapha skin... whatever’s needed. And I find that when these treatments are given at the right time, in the right sequence—results show up clearly, not just externally but also in the way ppl feel about themselves. There's a calmness, a reset almost. I don’t push chemical-based stuff, even when patients ask for it. Instead, I educate—like how proper *abhyanga* or a dosha-correct oil can do far more than a synthetic serum. My aim is to blend the core of Ayurveda with practical, everyday guidance. I don't just want patients to come for sessions—I want them to *understand* what's going on in their skin or hair and how to maintain it naturally. Things don’t always go perfect, sometimes I still need to rethink protocols mid-way, but I guess that’s what makes the process human... and real.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.

Dr. Ayush Varma
I am an Ayurvedic physician with an MD from AIIMS—yeah, the 2008 batch. That time kinda shaped everything for me... learning at that level really forces you to think deeper, not just follow protocol. Now, with 15+ years in this field, I mostly work with chronic stuff—autoimmune issues, gut-related problems, metabolic syndrome... those complex cases where symptoms overlap n patients usually end up confused after years of going in circles. I don’t rush to treat symptoms—I try to dig into what’s actually causing the system to go off-track. I guess that’s where my training really helps, especially when blending classical Ayurveda with updated diagnostics. I did get certified in Panchakarma & Rasayana therapy, which I use quite a lot—especially in cases where tissue-level nourishment or deep detox is needed. Rasayana has this underrated role in post-illness recovery n immune stabilization, which most people miss. I’m pretty active in clinical research too—not a full-time academic or anything, but I’ve contributed to studies on how Ayurveda helps manage diabetes, immunity burnout, stress dysregulation, things like that. It’s been important for me to keep a foot in that evidence-based space—not just because of credibility but because it keeps me from becoming too rigid in practice. I also get invited to speak at wellness events n some integrative health conferences—sharing ideas around patient-centered treatment models or chronic care via Ayurvedic frameworks. I practice full-time at a wellness centre that’s serious about Ayurveda—not just the spa kind—but real, protocol-driven, yet personalised medicine. Most of my patients come to me after trying a lot of other options, which makes trust-building a huge part of what I do every single day.

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Atul Painuli
I am Vaidya Atul Painuli, currently working as an Ayurvedic Consultant at Patanjali Chikitsalaya, Delhi... been here a while now. My focus from the start—over 10+ yrs in this field—has been to stay true to what Ayurveda *actually* is, not just surface-level remedies or buzzwords. I’ve treated a wide mix of patients, from people battling chronic illnesses to those just looking to fix their lifestyle before it leads to disease (which is v underrated tbh). During these years, I kinda shaped my practice around the idea that one solution never fits all. Whether it’s diabetes, gut disorders, stress-related problems or hormone issues—everything goes back to the root, the *nidana*. I usually go with classic Ayurvedic meds, but I mix it up with Panchakarma, diet tweaks and daily routine correction, depending on the case. Most of the time, ppl don’t even realize how much their habits are feeding into the problem. It’s not just about herbs or massages... though those are important too. At Patanjali Chikitsalaya, I see patients from literally all walks of life—office-goers, elderly, even young kids sometimes. Everyone’s got something diff going on, which keeps me grounded. What I try to do is not just treat the symptoms but help ppl *see* what’s happening in their bodies and minds. Like Ayurveda says—if your digestion, sleep and emotions are off... then eventually health’s gonna wobble. I don’t promise quick results but I do stay with my patients through the process, adjusting things based on how they respond. That part makes a big difference I think. For me, Ayurveda isn’t a “last resort” kinda thing—it’s a system that can prevent 80% of the lifestyle diseases ppl suffer from today, if done right. My goal? Just to keep doing this in a way that feels real, grounded, and actually helps ppl—not overwhelm them with too much jargon or fear. Just practical, clean, honest healing.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.
