I am just really struggling with my memory lately! Feels like everything I used to remember easily is slipping away. Last month, I was studying for exams, right? And I couldn't recall stuff I had read just days before. I started to panic and tried all the tips from the internet but nothing seemed to work. I even took supplements that promised to boost brain health but no results. I've tried some herbal teas too, like ginkgo biloba, but they never seem to help me remember better! Just the other day, I couldn't remember where I left my keys and they were right in front of me! I don’t even know how that happens. I read a bit about Ayurveda and was wondering how to memory power increase in a natural way. Are there specific herbs or practices from Ayurveda that might really help? Do you think a balanced diet plays a role too? I'm also worried about stress contributing to my memory issues, so how can I manage that while focusing on how to memory power increase? I feel like I need a whole lifestyle change at this point! Any advice would be awesome, thank you!!!
