30 मिनट की नियमित धूप लेकर विटामिन D का स्तर बनाए रखें। प्रतिदिन योग और प्राणायाम का अभ्यास भी काफी लाभदायक साबित हो सकता है। नाड़ी शोधन और अनुलोम-विलोम प्राणायाम विशेष रूप से तनाव और नसों की सिकुड़न में मदद करता है।
