Persistent Ear and Tooth Pain with High-Pitched Sounds - #46432

I have terrible pain in my ears mostly my left ear.I hear different loud,high pitch sounds and my teeth hurt mostly on my left side.I was evaluated and my ears got sucked for wax.Got drops.No improvement.I cover my ears so water does not go inside.They itch constantly.Sometimes my ears hurt.My teeth on the left side also hurt a lot.Checked with the dentist and have no cavities.
