Can ayurvedic medicine cure the spinocerebral ataxia in mild stage in children. She has tremor, gaitwalking ,frequentfall . How much time it will take to show effectof medicine . We are showing ayurvedicdoctors and now using mahapaschikaghriram ,indukanta gritam, rasayana therapy, gorchondrogulika ,rajnadi churnam , we re giving her nuts, blueberriesjuice also
