Frequent Sore Throat and Body Aches During Perimenopause - #47428

I am a 49 yr old Perimenopausal women. Off lately I m having frequent sore throat followed by bodyache n fever. Sometimes I also hv upper chest pain. The symptoms aggrevate while slpg. Why it happens? Atleast twice or thrice a month I hv the above mentioned problem. Kindly advise. Thank you
