Is Surgery Necessary for My Son's Adenoid Enlargement? - #48096

My son is 3 year old. He is diagnosed with adenoid enlargement. We are giving him nasal sprays and doctor told us to wait till he is fine, then we will decide for surgery. Is surgery necessary? Or Ayurvedic medicine can help to cure this?
