Your symptoms suggest an imbalance in Vata and Kapha doshas. To manage dust allergies and asthma, start using steam inhalation with a few drops of eucalyptus oil to clear nasal passages. Incorporate warm, nourishing foods like soups and khichdi, and avoid cold or raw foods to support digestion. Sip on ginger and tulsi tea to strengthen your respiratory system and improve digestion. Apply a natural moisturizer like sesame oil to combat dry, rough skin, and practice pranayama daily to enhance lung function and reduce stress.

Thank you so much doctor for your kind suggestions..
Namaste Monika ji, Your symptoms—dust allergy, asthma, frequent colds, and dry skin—indicate an imbalance in Vata and Kapha doshas. Here's an Ayurvedic approach to manage and alleviate your condition holistically: For Frequent Cold and Dust Allergy: Sitopaladi Churna: Take 1/2 tsp with honey twice daily to strengthen respiratory immunity and reduce allergic reactions. Tulsi and Ginger Tea: Boil tulsi leaves, ginger, and a pinch of black pepper in water. Drink twice daily to relieve sneezing and clear congestion. Nasya Therapy: Warm Anu Taila or sesame oil and put 2 drops in each nostril daily in the morning. This clears nasal passages and protects against dust allergens. Steam Inhalation: Add a few drops of eucalyptus oil or ajwain seeds to hot water and inhale the steam once daily for relief from nasal blockages. For Asthma: Chyawanprash: Take 1 tsp daily to strengthen the lungs and boost immunity. Haridrakhand: A natural antihistamine. Take 1 tsp with warm milk for relief from asthma symptoms. For Dry Skin: Oil Massage (Abhyanga): Massage your body with sesame oil or coconut oil before bathing to combat dryness. Aloe Vera Gel: Apply fresh aloe vera gel to your skin for hydration and softness. For Digestive System: Triphala Churna: Take 1 tsp with warm water before bedtime to improve digestion and detoxify the body. Ajwain Water: Boil 1 tsp of ajwain in water, strain, and drink after meals to relieve bloating and improve digestion. Dietary Recommendations: Avoid cold, spicy, and oily foods, as they aggravate Kapha and Vata doshas. Include warm, cooked foods like soups, khichdi, and boiled vegetables. Consume ghee, soaked almonds, and walnuts to strengthen immunity and nourish dry skin. Drink warm water with a pinch of turmeric throughout the day. Lifestyle Recommendations: Pranayama: Practice Anulom-Vilom and Bhastrika daily to improve lung function and reduce asthma symptoms. Avoid Dust Exposure: Wear a mask in dusty environments and ensure proper ventilation at home. Sleep Regularly: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep to support healing and reduce Vata imbalance. By following these remedies and lifestyle changes, you can experience long-term relief from cold, asthma, and associated issues. Dhanyavad!
