Help with Nosebleeds and Dry Nostrils During Menopause - #48608

i have nosebleeding regurlarly because my nostrils are dry (menopause). Some websites say ghee is good to apply every day for dryness and some websites say to not apply when nosebleeding. Could you help me? i m lost
