Goals: Reduce inflammation & pain Fight infection naturally Improve local immunity Soothe the throat

Diagnosis (Roga): 👉 Tundikeri / Chronic Tonsillitis Doshaja: Kapha-Pitta Pradhana

Prescription (Rx) 1. Kanchanar Guggulu Dose: 2 tablets Frequency: Twice daily Anupana: Ushna Jala (warm water) Time: After meals Duration: 21 days

2. Khadiradi Vati Dose: 1 tablet Frequency: 4 times daily Method: Let it dissolve slowly in mouth Duration: 15 days

3. Sitopaladi Churna Dose: ½ teaspoon Frequency: Twice daily Anupana: Madhu (honey) Time: After meals Duration: 15 days

4. Yashtimadhu Churna Dose: ½ teaspoon Frequency: Twice daily Anupana: Honey Method: Lick slowly Duration: 15 days ⚠️ Avoid if uncontrolled hypertension

5. Triphala Churna Dose: ½ teaspoon Frequency: Once daily Time: Bedtime Anupana: Warm water Duration: 21 days

🧂 Local Treatment (Sthanika Chikitsa) Gandusha / Kavala: Warm water + Saindhava Lavana + Haridra 2–3 times daily

Steam Inhalation: Once daily (plain or with turmeric) 🍽️ Pathya (Diet Advice) ✔ Warm, light food ✔ Vegetable soup, khichdi ✔ Warm water for drinking ❌ Cold food, curd, ice cream ❌ Fried & junk food ❌ Smoking, alcohol

⚠️ Follow-Up Advice If pus, high fever, severe unilateral pain, or difficulty swallowing persists → ENT referral required Re-evaluate after 7–10 days Consider throat swab if no improvement
