Due to pitta issue lot of gasses in body and effect to lot of headache also stool seems as watery and lot of the times per day what's solution

Hi dear Your symptoms doesn’t seem like just pitta issues. If you are having these issues there is some serious issues going on. Do you feel any burning sensation or pain in rectal region during bowel motion. How many times do you go to the bathroom a day ? Is there any belching or burning sensation in stomach. Your appetite is also decreased While you need grahani management to stabilize your agni it is also important to adress the cause which caused these symptoms you need to go for a CBC ESR CRP TESTS IgA AND a stool examination as soon as possible while continuing these medications. And reach out after 2 weeks with reports *Kaiduryadi kashayam 15 ml twice daily before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water *Dadimashtak choorna 3 gm with lasunadi vati 2tab thrice daily before food mixed with butter milk * Kutajarishta 10 ml thrice daily after food Once your appetite is stable we can start with bilwadi lehya 10 gm twice daily on bedtime and at bedtime Avoid spicy, food excessive salt, sour masala, curd,fried fermented foods etc

HELLO, Your symptoms shows pitta aggravation (heat+acidity) aloe with disturbed Agni(digestive fire) Common signs in your case -excess gas (pitta + vata disturbance) -stress triggered headaches (pitta rising to head) -watery stools (Tikshna and drava guna of pitta) -poor appetite (agni imbalace) MANAGEMENT 1) CALM PITTA (COOLING AND SOOTHING) -Drink coriander seed water (boil 1 tsp in 1 cup water-cool, sip daily) -Take fresh coconut water 3-4 times/week -Use ghee 1 tsp in warm rice or food daily -Avoid= spicy, fried, sour, fermented, tea, coffee, late nights 2) IMPROVE AGNI(without increasing heat) -Take jeera + dhaniya + saunf tea after meals -small, regular meals (don’t skip) -Eat soft foods= rice, moong dal, cooked vegetables 3) FOR HEADACHES -Apply brahmi oil on scalp at night -practice sheetali or sheetkari pranayam 5 min daily -redce stress;sleep before 10:30 pm 4) FOR WATERY STOOL -pomegranate fruit or juice natural grahi -buttermilk with roasted cumin if no burning sensation -avoid raw salads and very oily food SIMPLE MEDICATIONS 1) AVIPATTIKAR CHURNA= 1/2 tsp with warm water after meals- mild pitta balancing 2) GILOY GHAN VATI= 2 tabs twice daily after meals 3) AMALAKI CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm water in morning for cooling effect Since symptoms are >6 months, expect 4-6 weeks of consistent care to see steady improvement DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU

First balance of agni is important, take Chitrakadi vati 500mg twice a day after meal. Avipattikar churna 3gm twice a day before food. For loose stool, start on Kutaj ghanavati 500mg thrice for 1 day then 250 mg twice a day for 2 days then stop. If you have stress and it is affecting your lifestyle add Brahmi vati 2 tab twice a day
