I am 30 Male.I have got performance anxietyand overthinking about sex where it is causing me erection problems and not able to perform in bed. This is making my sex drive very low and started having worries and tension. Please help

Weight is 78.5 and height 5’11 . I do not have bp ,sugar and just started to have bit of gastric

Please mention your readings if you have checked bp sugar in fasting and when u checked pls mention details
