Doctors' responses

Thank you for explaining clearly 🌿 Since this problem is 1–4 weeks old, it is likely a functional digestion disturbance (Mandagni + mild constipation) — not a serious disease yet. From your symptoms: Acidity every 2 days Incomplete stool feeling Motion every alternate day Constipation tendency This usually happens due to: Irregular meals Low water intake Low fiber Late sleeping Stress 🔎 What Is Happening? When stool doesn’t clear properly: ➡ Gas forms ➡ Acid increases ➡ Bloating + heaviness ➡ Again constipation It becomes a cycle. Good news: This is reversible easily 🌿 🌿 Simple 15-Day Correction Plan 🌅 Morning (Most Important) Immediately after waking: 1 glass warm water After 10 mins: 👉 1 tsp Isabgol in warm water OR 👉 Triphala churna 1 tsp with warm water at night (better option) If constipation more: Soak 4–5 munakka overnight, eat in morning 🍛 After Meals (For Acidity + Gas) Avipattikar churna ½ tsp after lunch OR Jeera + saunf powder ½ tsp after meals 🌙 Night Dinner before 9 PM Avoid tea/coffee after 6 PM 10–15 min slow walk after dinner 🍽 Diet Correction ✔ Add: Lauki, tori, ghiya Moong dal Ghee (1 tsp daily helps bowel movement) Coconut water (if acidity) ❌ Avoid: Fried food Bakery Very spicy food Eating when not hungry 🚨 Important Signs (If Present → Doctor Visit) Blood in stool Severe abdominal pain Weight loss Vomiting 🌿 Acne + Acidity Link If you also have acne: It means Pitta + gut heat is present. In that case: Add Khadirarishta 15 ml twice daily
