Hi! I’m an assistant to the Ask Ayurveda doctors. I’ve carefully reviewed your question.
I will explain your symptoms through the Ayurvedic perspective so you understand what is happening in your body as a whole.
Excessive burping and acidity are often linked to an imbalance in Pitta dosha, which is associated with heat and inflammation in the digestive tract. This can lead to an increase in digestive fire (Agni) but also cause irritation and discomfort.
Constipation suggests a Vata dosha imbalance, characterized by dryness and irregularity in the colon. This can occur when there is insufficient lubrication or hydration in the digestive system.
Frequent urination may indicate an imbalance in Kapha or Pitta dosha, potentially due to excess fluid accumulation or irritation in the urinary tract.
Ayurveda views these symptoms as interconnected, often stemming from digestive disturbances and lifestyle factors. The digestive system is central to overall health, and imbalances here can affect other bodily functions, including urination.
To give doctors a precise and effective treatment plan, your answers to the questions below are essential. Without this information, the recommendations will be more general and less accurate.

Namaste, Aapke symptoms—excess burping, acidity, aur saath mein frequent urination—yeh indicate karta hai ki digestion (agni) disturbed hai aur pitta-vata imbalance chal raha hai. Jab digestion proper nahi hota, toh gas upar ki taraf (burping) aati hai aur acidity bhi badhti hai. Saath hi bladder sensitivity bhi increase ho sakti hai, jis se baar-baar urination feel hota hai. Sabse pehle digestion ko stable karna zaroori hai, kyunki wahi root cause hai. Avoid karein: Spicy, oily, fried food, tea/coffee excess, cold drinks, aur late-night eating. Yeh acidity aur burping dono ko worsen karte hain. Diet simple rakhein: Moong dal, rice, cooked vegetables, thoda ghee. Khana hamesha time par aur achhe se chaba kar khayein. Overeating aur long gaps dono avoid karein. Simple home remedies: Khane ke baad 1/2 teaspoon saunf ya jeera lein Din bhar halka garam paani sip karein Subah empty stomach warm water lein Raat ko 1 teaspoon ghee with warm milk (agar suit kare) bowel ko smooth karta hai Frequent urination ke liye: Excess chai, coffee, aur cold drinks avoid karein Baar-baar urine rok kar na rakhein Stress kam karein, kyunki bladder bhi stress se sensitive hota hai Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Avipattikar Churna – 1 teaspoon raat ko warm water ke saath (acidity control) Hingwashtak Churna – 1/2 teaspoon after meals, din mein 2 baar (gas aur burping ke liye) Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet din mein 2 baar after food (urinary support) Yeh combination digestion ko improve karta hai aur gradually burping, acidity aur urinary frequency dono ko control karta hai. Aapko 1–2 weeks mein burping aur acidity mein relief feel hoga, aur urination bhi dheere-dheere settle hoga. Consistency important hai. Agar burning urination, pain, ya sudden increase ho, toh ek baar urine test karwana better rahega.
