Period se pehle brown discharge usually old blood spotting / hormonal imbalance ki wajah se hota hai. Yeh common hai PCOD, stress, ya progesterone imbalance me. Bar-bar 21 din wali medicines lene ke baad bhi relief nahi mila matlab root cause abhi balance nahi hua. Sabse pehle routine correct karna zaroori hai: Late night avoid karein, 10:30–11 tak so jayein Daily 30 min walk ya light exercise karein Stress control karein, kyunki yeh directly hormones affect karta hai Diet simple rakhein: Junk food, maida, bakery, cold drinks avoid karein Dahi raat me avoid karein Ghar ka normal khana + 1–2 tsp ghee daily Ab medicine plan simple rakhein: Ashokarishta 15 ml + equal water, din me 2 baar after food Lodhrasava 15 ml + equal water, din me 2 baar after food (ye dono uterus tone improve karke spotting reduce karte hain) Agar cycle irregular bhi hai ya doubt PCOD ka hai: Kanchanar guggulu 2 tablets din me 2 baar after food Agar discharge zyada days tak aata hai (3–5 din ya usse zyada), to ek baar ye tests kara lena better rahega: Ultrasound pelvis TSH (thyroid) Important baat: Brown discharge completely band hone me thoda time lagta hai (few cycles). Jab progesterone hormone ka level thoda kam hone lagta hai ya uterus ki lining (endometrium) thodi weak hoti hai, toh purana blood periods shuru hone se pehle hi nikalne lagta hai, jo oxygen ke contact mein aakar brown dikhta hai ​Aapne 21 din wala hormonal course (OCPs) 3-4 baar kiya hai lekin fayda nahi hua, iska matlab hai ki sirf hormones ko balance karna kaafi nahi hai; humein uterus ki health aur “Agni” (metabolism) par kaam karna hoga ​Ayurvedic View aur Medicine (Kerala Ayurveda) ​Ayurveda mein ise “Asrigdara” ka ek ansh mana jata hai. Iske liye uterus ko takat dene wali aur cooling medicines ​1. Ashokarishtam Yeh ayurveda ki sabse prasiddh medicine hai female reproductive health ke liye.
