Okay, I’m giving you some medicine, so you can take it on time every day upto 5 to 6 months ●Equal amounts: Brahmi Powder Jatamansi Powder Shankhapushpi Powder Bhringraj Powder Mixing Method: Mix all four ingredients in equal quantities and store in a glass bottle. ●Dosage (30 days): 1 teaspoon (about 3 grams) Stick in 1 cup of hot water, covered, for 10 minutes • Morning on an empty stomach and evening 1 hour before meals Benefits: Neuron nourishment, anxiety relief, memory stability ●Pranayama and Yoga (Daily) Anulom-Vilom - 7 minutes • Bhramari - 11 repetitions • Sarvangasana/Halasana - 2-3 minutes • 30 minutes of brisk walking improves oxygen delivery and reduces stress ●Daily routine discipline • 7 hours of sleep • Limit screen time • Practice memorizing by writing • Limit caffeine Memory training = Lifestyle Training ●What to avoid - Smoking, alcohol Staying up late Excessive stress Caffeine on an empty stomach These increase anxiety and forgetfulness. ●Ashwagandha Churna, Gokshura churna ,Safed musali churna , Kaunch churna,Vidarikand churna. Mix all and make 60 packs and take it with warm water 2 times a day after food ● Shilajit + suvarna bhasma with warm water at bed time Do massage with bala Ashwagandha , almond or neem oil

This is a normal physiological response, not a disease. After stopping masturbation, the body releases built-up semen through nightfall (nocturnal emission). Occurring 3–4 times a month is within normal limits, especially at a younger age. There is no weakness, no damage, and no loss of masculinity due to this. The body is simply maintaining balance. No strong medicines are required. Focus on stabilizing the mind and routine. Avoid sexual thoughts, stimulating content, and late-night screen use. Sleep early and avoid heavy or spicy food at night. For support, take Ashwagandha ½ tsp with warm milk at night and Shatavari ½ tsp with milk once daily to stabilize the nervous system. Regular exercise, especially physical activity during the day, helps regulate this naturally. As the body adapts, the frequency reduces on its own. This is a temporary adjustment phase, not a health problem.
