This condition is usually related to reduced blood flow, nerve sensitivity, and tissue strength in the genital area. Over time, factors like mild stress, age-related changes, and weakness of tissues can affect erection quality and sustainability. Focus on improving overall strength and circulation. Regular physical activity, especially walking or light exercise, will help improve blood flow. Avoid late nights and ensure proper sleep. Try to keep a relaxed mind, as performance anxiety can also affect erection quality. Diet should be nourishing and supportive. Include milk, ghee, soaked almonds, dates, and simple home-cooked food. Avoid excessive alcohol, smoking, and very spicy or processed foods. At home, you can take warm milk with 1 teaspoon ghee at bedtime and 4–5 soaked almonds daily. Gentle oil massage over the lower abdomen and thighs with sesame oil can also support circulation. Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon with warm milk at bedtime Kaunch beej churna – 1 teaspoon with milk at bedtime Shilajit capsule – 1 capsule twice daily after food Chandraprabha vati – 1 tablet twice daily This will help in improving strength, supporting better erection quality, and enhancing stamina gradually. If there is persistent bending or no improvement, further evaluation may be needed to assess structural causes and plan targeted treatment. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
