ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ acidity (ಪಿತ್ತ) ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಆಮ್ಲಾ ಜ್ಯೂಸ್ ಖಾಲಿ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ acidity ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಬಹುದು, ಆದರೂ ಅದು overall ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು. ಸರಿಯಾದ ವಿಧಾನ: ಖಾಲಿ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದನ್ನು avoid ಮಾಡಿ. ಆಹಾರವಾದ ನಂತರ ಅಥವಾ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಉತ್ತಮ. ಹೀಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ: 10–15 ml ಆಮ್ಲಾ ಜ್ಯೂಸ್ + ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ನೀರು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ 1 ಬಾರಿ (ಅಥವಾ maximum 2 ಬಾರಿ) ಗಮನಿಸಿ: ತುಂಬಾ concentrate ಆಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿ, ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ dilute ಮಾಡಿ. ಗೃಹೋಪಚಾರ: ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಬೆಚ್ಚಗಿನ ನೀರು ಕುಡಿಯಿರಿ. ತುಂಬಾ ಖಾರ, ಹುಳಿ, fried food ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿ. ಅವಿಪತ್ತಿಕರ ಟ್ಯಾಬ್ಲೆಟ್ – 1 ಟ್ಯಾಬ್ಲೆಟ್ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಊಟದ ಮೊದಲು ಇದರಿಂದ acidity ಕೂಡ control ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಮ್ಲಾ ಜ್ಯೂಸ್ನ ಲಾಭವೂ ಸಿಗುತ್ತದೆ. Since your acidity is mild and occasional, and your digestion is otherwise good, you can still take amla juice—but empty stomach in the morning may sometimes worsen acidity for some people. —Best time to take amla juice: Take it after breakfast (30–45 minutes later) instead of on an empty stomach Or you can take it with a little water after meals
In Ayurveda, Amla (Indian gooseberry) is tridosha balancing and especially reduces Pitta (acidity), but taking it on an empty stomach may sometimes aggravate acidity in sensitive people.
