Doctor, I have psoriasis on my palms and the soles of my feet. When my skin becomes dry, deep cracks develop and sometimes they bleed. This condition is called Vipadika in Ayurveda. Taking alone patolakaturohinyadi is not enough in this condition. Avoid food that triggers the condition. Avoid incompatible food, it may worsen condition. Avoid fermented food, processed food, curd Daily do foot massage with Ksheera Bala Taila. Take this medication for 1 month. 1. Mahamanjishtadi Kwath 10ml thrice daily after food. 2. Panchatiktaka Ghrita 5 ml after food with warm water 3. Cutfar cream ( twice apply daily on clean palm and feet) Also go with Panchkarma treatment- virechana
