It could be linked with Vata dosha imbalance, which often causes issues like stiffness, dryness, and painful conditions in the joints and muscles.

First thing to try is a good warm sesame oil massage. Yep, just a simple Abhyanga. Warm up some sesame oil (not too much) and gently massage your legs and feet in circular and long strokes every morning. This helps improve blood circulation, reduce stiffness and balance that Vata. After massaging, a warm shower will help the oil penetrate your skin better.

Diet plays a big part too, by the way, so try to avoid dry and cold foods. Go for warm, moist, and oily foods like ghee, soups, and stews. Oh, and stay hydrated! Warm water sipping throughout the day might do wonders.
