For the past six months, I’ve been dealing with terrible lower back pain that shoots down my leg. At first, I thought it was just muscle strain, but the pain kept getting worse. Some days, I can barely walk, and it feels like electric shocks running through my leg. I finally got an MRI, and my doctor said it’s sciatica pain due to a herniated disc pressing on my nerve. They gave me painkillers and physiotherapy, but the relief is only temporary. That’s why I am looking for sciatica pain Ayurvedic medicine that can provide long-term relief. I have read that Dashmool and Yograj Guggulu are effective in reducing nerve pain and inflammation. Some people have also recommended Bala and Ashwagandha oil for massage. Has anyone here tried these? Do they actually help in reducing sciatic nerve pain, or do they only provide temporary relief? One of my biggest concerns is dependency on painkillers. I don’t want to keep taking strong medications forever. I have also heard that Ayurveda treats the root cause rather than just the symptoms.
