L3 L4 bulge issue - #1156

I am 31 yrs old and have l3 L4 bulge issue and pain in the back, mri shows that l3 L4 issue is there and that bulge is touching the vertebral nerve, psyiotherphy done for 10 days, allopathy medicine like pain killers and gabaneuron tab taken, ayurveda medicine recently started yogaraj gugguli with ayurvedic calcium supplement and inflammation reducer. My doubt is all doctors say it is a mechanical disorder and it cannot be cured permanently and only symptoms can be reduced and in my 40s it will again start it's severity if I don't follow the instructions like sleeping on hard bed, not bending or lifting weights etc. so whether this issue can be cured by any other means permanently so that it will not come in future and I can work normally like before
