For the past few months, I’ve had constant lower back pain that just won’t go away. It’s worse after sitting for long periods (work from home isn’t helping), and it often radiates down to my hips. I’ve been trying stretching exercises, but the relief is minimal and doesn’t last. A friend recommended Ayurvedic oil massage, saying it might be more effective than just physiotherapy. I’ve heard oils like Mahanarayan oil and Kottamchukkadi Thailam are good for deep pain relief, but I’m not sure which one is best for this type of back pain.
