Mornings are the worst — my joints feel swollen, and it’s a struggle just to hold a coffee cup. I’ve been on conventional medication (methotrexate), but the side effects are getting unbearable. I’m now exploring Ayurvedic options, hoping to find something that doesn’t just mask the symptoms but actually helps heal the body. I’ve read about Ayurvedic medicines like Rasna, Guggul, and Mahayograj Guggulu, which are supposed to help with inflammation and pain. Does anyone here have experience using Ayurvedic treatment for rheumatoid arthritis in India? Did it help with joint pain, and how long did it take to see results?
