dealing with chronic lower back pain for the past few years, and it’s really affecting my daily life. I’ve tried a lot of treatments, from physical therapy to pain medications, but nothing seems to give me long-lasting relief. A family member mentioned basti Ayurvedic treatment and said it might help with pain and inflammation, but I don’t really know much about it. From what I understand, basti involves herbal oils and is supposed to detox the body and provide relief from pain. I’m not sure how this works, or if it would even be right for my condition.
