A treatment like Kati Vasti, where warm herbal oils are applied on the lower back, can really help with pain and stiffness. The warmth from the oil helps penetrate the body and soothe inflammation. This needs consistency though—you might see some improvement after just one or two sessions, but greater benefits come with regular treatments over weeks or even months. I know, patience can be tough sometimes, right?

Abhyanga, the classical oil massage, is also great for improving circulation and easing tension in muscles, like incredibly relaxing!
