I’ve always been underweight, and despite eating well, I struggle to gain healthy weight. I’m 27 years old, 5’7”, and weigh around 50 kg. My digestion is weak, and I often feel low on energy. I don’t want to take artificial supplements, so I started looking into Ayurveda for a natural solution. Now, I’m trying to figure out which Ayurvedic medicine is best for weight gain and helps in building strength without causing side effects.
