I’ve been dealing with persistent leg pain and swelling for a while, especially after long periods of standing or walking. The pain is usually in my calves and knees, and sometimes it gets so bad that it’s difficult to move around. I want to try a natural approach and have been reading about leg pain Ayurvedic treatment to see if it can provide relief. From what I’ve learned, Ayurveda suggests using herbal oils like Mahanarayana Thailam and Kottamchukkadi Thailam for massage to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. There are also treatments like Swedana (steam therapy), Panchakarma, and herbal remedies like Ashwagandha and Guggulu that are said to help with joint pain and swelling.
