I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for several months, and after seeing a doctor, I was told that the issue might be related to my lumbar spine. I understand that the lumbar spine is the lower part of the spine, but I’m not sure how exactly it’s affecting my pain. The pain usually comes and goes, but sometimes it gets so bad that I have difficulty standing or bending.
