I’m 45 and already starting to feel joint pain, especially in my knees and fingers. The doctor mentioned it could be early arthritis, and I’m worried about how this will affect me in the long run. I’ve been taking calcium supplements, but I want to switch to something natural and holistic. I’ve read that Ayurvedic medicines like Lakshadi Guggul and Hadjod are great for strengthening bones and reducing joint inflammation. Can anyone recommend the best Ayurvedic treatment for overall bone and joint health? What has worked for you, and how soon did you notice any improvement?
