I’ve been dealing with chronic lower back pain for over a year now, probably from poor posture and long hours at a desk job. The pain is a constant dull ache, and sometimes it flares up, making it hard to even sit or sleep comfortably. I’ve tried muscle relaxants and painkillers, but they only provide temporary relief, and I don’t want to depend on them long-term. I’ve been reading about Ayurvedic options like Yograj Guggul and Ashwagandha tablets. Do these actually help with back pain, or is there a better Ayurvedic medicine for this? I’m looking for something safe that I can use daily without side effects.
