I’ve been dealing with osteoarthritis in my hips and hands for the last few years. It started as a mild ache but has now turned into constant pain, especially in the mornings and during cold weather. The stiffness is making it hard to do even simple tasks like opening jars or getting out of bed. I’ve tried physiotherapy and painkillers, but they seem like just a temporary fix—my symptoms always come back worse after a few weeks. I’m considering Ayurvedic treatment for osteoarthritis because I want a more natural, long-term solution. I’ve heard about herbal oils, massages, and even dietary changes that are part of the therapy. Has anyone here tried these Ayurvedic approaches? How effective are they, especially for reducing pain and improving joint flexibility? And do I need to make big lifestyle changes for this treatment to work, or can I just focus on the medicines and therapies?
